Returns & Exchanges

At Grounds & Hounds Coffee Co., we want you to love every sip. If your order isn't quite right, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges on non-perishable hardware and apparel within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure items are in their original packaging, unused, and unwashed. Please note that opened bags of coffee beans cannot be returned due to food safety regulations.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
